Urggh, parents :/

Don't you hate it when parents make a promise to you..& break it..? I've been waiting now for two months 2 go to chapters...& every weekend i ask, & he always say's okay. but then when the weekend arrive's....it's no tommrow/or next weekend . & that never happen's !!!!!!
